Civil Gideon is a website to promote the right to fair and equitable access to the courts. All citizens should be assured of due process and the rights granted by the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights.

These can be obtained only by the just, fair, and equitable application of the laws of this country by the courts and the judiciary. Civil Gideon promotes the pro se litigant, the right to counsel in civil matters, judicial accountability, and full and open accountability to the public by the legal and political communities.
